The Walking Group meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, April to October.

Time: Ready to leave at 10 am (plan to arrive a little earlier)
Meeting Point: Street parking at Lisgar Road and Buenavista Road opposite Rockcliffe Park
What to bring/wear: Water: Wear suitable footwear/clothing for the weather

Après Walk: ClockTower Brew Pub, 422 McKay St., at Beechwood Ave., New Edinburgh. Please indicate on the sign-up sheet if you will be joining us for lunch.

For our interested new members, or those who haven't walked with us in the past, this is strictly a walking group, not hiking. We do about 5-6 km on easy trails. There are hiking groups available for those who want something more adventurous (Rideau Trail Assn. and the Ottawa Ramblers are 2 such groups).
